I tried to get service from this company and was rudely informed that the company no longer served Chicago. Then the lady hung up on me.

Would definitely not go with this company even for another area than Chicago

Rude and Threatening!

I locked my keys in my car and they said they could help me out, so I told them to come on. When I asked how much it would cost, the driver responded by saying, "It's going to cost you a whole lot of money!" while laughing hysterically. He then said it would cost $45 just to get him to come out and then he would "decide" how much the actual service would cost when he saw what kind of car I had! I told him to cancel and he then yelled that I still had to pay for the $45 service, which was really just to GET a price quote! He then preceded to call me back and leave messages on my voicemail implying that (and this is a REAL quote) "Something bad was going to happen to me soon." These guys are con-men and should not be trusted. The threats alone had me on the verge of calling the cops! Please don't support these guys no matter what kind of bind you are in!

Good work by Mr Locks team - fixed my entry door annoyance as it was not working properly and also repaired two deadbolt locks. these guys are quite professional and responded faster than anyone else in same field. so I'll call them again to install garage door to secure my vehicles.
