The Scene – Located on the grounds of a former Naval air station, this ship-inspired eatery welcomes diners with dark wood walls, decorative catches and gleaming brass accents. Cig-smoking North Shore couples and small groups relax in a glassed-in, woodsy lounge to the left, while families sit at dark wood tables and blue and white upholstered booths in a dining room on the right. An exhibition kitchen affords glimpses of raw bar and fish preps. – – The Food – Boasting the freshest seafood available, the menu reads like a captain's dream. Dry red chilis and scallions…
Very Disappointing

We have eaten at Mitchell's a few times before and found the food and service good. Our last outing was quite different. All entrees served that night were very very greasy. So much so we all had upset stomachs later that night. The waiter served the meal and we didn't see him until the meal was over. A request for a drink refill was then forgotten. I don't know if they have had a change in management or the kitchen but we would not likely return.
- Pros: Good selection
- Cons: Greasy seafood and unattentive service

This restaurant has great , fresh seafood. Always a large selection and delicious. Atmosphere very nice, large bar and outdoor dining for nice weather. Prices reasonable. Tuesdays half price bottles of wine, best deal in town! service very good, highly recommended. Make reservations though
