Beware!!!!. Beware of this company! Agnus was nice the first time i met her and she had some young girls cleaning for her who were pleasant at the time. It seemed to be ok, but then she seemed all about the money. The Girls snicker amongst themselves in a forgein langage not working and cut corners. When i brought this to her attention she defended them that they were good girls. But they may be good girls, but they are not good at cleaning. I dont think an attitude about it will fix the actual cleaning. I suggest not hiring this company!…
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUINED MY STAINLESS STEEL. BEWARE: Agnes was nice to start and the service was ok. She sells you on her girls "detailed cleaning" but I found the service very rushed. Two girls cleaned my 1800 sq ft 3 floor home in less than 40 mins. and it showed. She states she is fully insured, but when her girls scratched all of my stainless steel appliances (apparently using sos pads on them to clean) she does not file a claim or fix. She gave me the run around for over a year, promising to replace the damaged stainless pieces, even going so far to have me contact the repair company to get the order ready for her (waste of my time!) She still has not fixed. We have made several calls and she has given us excuse after excuse even lying to us that she was sending us a check directly. Still never received. We are now taking her to court. Highly NOT recommended.…
