What an awesome workout!

I have been doing mat pilates for years, but little did I know I was doing them incorrectly. My instructor at Essence made me realize that training the small muscles makes such a big difference in my workout.
The group reformer classes are so much fun and they are always offering great deals. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!
