Great place for facials, waxing, massage and hair. The place is clean and the staff is really friendly. Jennifer gives a great facial and Phiwan's massage is awesome. Highly recommend this salon and spa.

Bad color from "mid-level stylist".
I booked my appointment with what I was told was a "mid-level" stylist. The all over color she gave me was blotchy and darker than I had asked for. I had to return to the salon to get it fixed but it only got worse. I had to have it fixed at my new salon for $500!
Not good.

fabulous color, friendly professional staff.
Two years ago, I was a salon orphan - you know, when you've broken up with your stylist but haven't found a new home yet?
A friend recommended Maria and Salon Echo, and I've been a devoted client ever since. She has a tremendous talent and eye for color, and I always get compliments on mine. Everyone at the salon is very professional, I never have to wait more than a couple minutes, street parking is almost always available, and they have Aveda too. What's not to like?

Unsatisfied!!. Double booked my appointment (honest mistake??) but were really unfreindly about it. Doubt I will ever go back!

Best massage!. Phiwan gave me a massage last week and it was the best massage I have ever had. He did a combination of deep tissue and Thai massage. He truly is a healer. The facilities were also very calm, clean and relaxing - the perfect environment for a massage. I would highly recommend Salon Echo!

Best Green Health and Beauty Salon in North Chicago!.
I have been here twice so far. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, which is key to any good salon experience. Now for their "edge", everything in the environment is green, this includes the floors, walls, everything.
If you are looking for a massage you have found the right place. The masseuse is very professional and blends Thai massage techniques, mainly focused around stretching, with any type of massage you prefer. EXCELLENT.
The facials are done well, both professional and clean. What can I say, I've been to many salons for massage/facials and this one ranks in my top three for convenience, capabilities, and price.

Incredible Service!. Wow! As a four year resident in Uptown, I have yet to find a place of such great location and quality. This salon is a great find. The moment I walked in, I felt attended to and taken care of. I had a haircut by Jovan, who was very knowledgable and nice, and esthetician services by Sydney who was very sweet. Overall the experience was incredilbe. I hope this Salon stays! This is a wonderful addition to the area.

We, at Salon Echo take pride in all of our services and want our customers to feel as at home and welcome as possible. It makes me proud that the staff at Salon Echo is as passionate about what they do as I am about having built my salon/spa to Edgewater/Andersonville neighborhoods.
We are open 6 days a week in hopes that people can find a convenient time to come in.
As business increases we will expand our hours of service.

great customer service. I started going here after hearing about how it's a "green" spa. I really enjoy everyone who works here, and they can always fit me into a last minute appointment. Very relaxing place, excellent staff, outstanding people at the reception area. No "cons" here!

Great day spa in Chicago. I have been going to this trully 'green' spa since it opened. Great cut and colors by Maria, have had messages, facials and manicures done. The services are professional and wonderfully done. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My daughter who is 19 loves the salon for their waxing services. She also has enjoyed messages there as well. Great Aveda products are also sold here.

Great Manicures & pedicure.
Kathy gives a great pedicure and manicure. The ambiance is very soothing and relaxing. The scale of cleanliness is very high. I have been to Salon Echo twice for a pedicure and manicure and the service was equal both times. I will be going back again.
Salon Echo is a full service day spa. I have not personally used Esthetician or beautician service but my wife has and she speaks very highly of the work done and personnel providing the services.
Salon Echo is a great addition to a great neigbhorhood.
It is worth a drive for a wonderful day of personal pampering and care.
You will leave beautified inside and out.
