Stole my money. Ignored my calls. I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life! Mike sent me the wrong jersey twice, after which I became frustrated and decided to purchase from another site. Before I did so, I secured a promise from Mike that he would issue a full refund for the double wrong order. I shipped them back to him, and now six months later still have not seen a penny of the promised refund. I sent several polite emails, texts, phone messages, most of which he blatantly ignored. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which then sent him a letter, which he also ignored. What kind of business guy just drops off the face of the earth and never completes the transaction? One that will never get my business again. I have wasted valuable time, energy, and money in a process that should have been quite simple (it took 2 days total with the other site). Don't waste your time and money with Mike. I don't know what kind of operation he is running over there, but it is anything but professional and is, in my case, criminal.

Look at the reviews-no consistency, don't take the chance. Mike is a genuine guy, but genuinely in over his head. I had two experiences with Soccer Nucleus. The first was fine, no issues, got the jersey I ordered without a problem. However, my folks were supposed to have ordered me the jersey for Christmas, but couldn't get through to Mike on the phone or via email, and were very skittish about ordering, so I did it myself. Although, as I said I received the jersey, perhaps I should have listened to them. My wife ordered a second jersey for me for Christmas and the wrong jersey was sent. I sent a couple emails to Mike trying to arrange for a return, but none were answered. I tried to contact him via phone and amazingly he picked up. We had a nice conversation wherein he acknowleged his issues and promised they would be addressed going forward. He immediately emailed me a FedEx return label and I shipped back the jersey for an exchange. Several days later my wife's credit card was refunded, which I thought was odd (but telling), considering that I was expecting to still receive the correct jersey. I emailed him about this, to no avail. Another week went buy with no contact from Mike and no jersey. I finally sent him another email indicating that I was a soccer blogger in the area and might have to resort to writing about my experience if I didn't get a resolution. Well, that did the trick and Mike responded immediately, saying the jersey I wanted was not available. That's it, ho other comments. So 1. he sent the wrong jersey in the first place rather than contact me, assuming I would just accept it instead of the one I wanted, and then 2. Still didn't acknowledge the problem until I threatened to make it public knowledge. Not cool. I told him I wanted him to be successful, being a local business that seemed to offer fairly hard-to-find jerseys, but if he can't deliver on what he promises better than this, then it's simply the soccer jersey equivalent of vaporware (vaporwear??)

NO customer service. After searching and searching online to find a Messi Jersey for each of my two sons (6 and 8) I thought I had finally found them. I was looking forward to seeing the look on their faces when they opened them up on Christmas morning. After several days had gone by and I did not receive shipment information I attempted to call the company as well as email. I got no answer or response to either attempt. I have now placed a call with the credit card company and reported this business. My credit card company told me soccer nucleus had cancelled my charge 2 days ago. One can assume they were out of Messi jersey but never notified me! The charge is still pending on my account. Have to wait another 3 days to be sure it comes off. Dont not order from this place!!!

Poor customer service. Shipped me the wrong jersey.

I contacted him and he said just send back the incorrect jersey, he'll pay reimburse me for shipping it back, and he'll send me a new one.

He did send a replacement out after he received the incorrect one back, but then did NOT reimburse me for return shipping! I emailed him at least 5 times on this manner. All of a sudden, no responses at all after he was fairly responsive before.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Does NOT keep his promises. Poor customer service, so I advise you to shop elsewhere.

Bad customer service. I can't tell you the quality of their product because over a month later I still haven't received my shipment. They will not respond to emails and my patience is shot. I won't ever look here again.

Terrible customer service. I signed up for citysearch only to write a review about this horrible store, that's how mad I am at them.

I bought a jersey online a couple weeks ago, I received the confirmation email and saw the charge as pending on my credit card. A few days passed, the charge remained pending, never went through. Suddenly one day, the charge wasn't there. They dropped the order without explanation.

I emailed them and called them several times to find out why they stopped the order without a reason, and never heard from them. They didn't reply to my email, nobody every picks up at the phone number listed on the website, and they don't get back to you when you leave a message. All in all, I have NOTHING POSITIVE to say about these guys. Just terrible.

Fantastic Service!. Every internet company should be this awesome! I received my order within 2 days of placing the order. I ordered the wrong size, called and spoke with Mike and he was so helpful in explaining how I could go about exchanging the jersey for the correct size! To my knowledge this is the only company that accepts exchanges for sizes and ships orders so quickly! Fantastic, wonderful, nice all wrapped up in one place.........Soccer Nucleus! We are a big soccer town and I have told ALL of my friends about this AWESOME company! Dont waste your time with the other internet companies, trust me!

get your jerseys here. get your jerseys here. seriously, these guys are pretty good. most shipping time is within three to four business days. jerseys are authentic.

had one snag that involved a jersey they were out of and i ended up getting the wrong jersey. (i was looking for older out of stock/print jerseys)

they were really cool. they looked in their warehouse to see if they had anything that i was looking for. they were quick to answer my questions about return policy.

in the end i got a real sweet barcelona jersey. they told me to keep the mistake jersey which i will be gifting.

i recommend soccernucleus to anyone who has a jersey fetish. especially if you live in chicago.

Great and quick service. I just recently order my Holland Jersey and I received it exactly when I was supposed to, but the size I ordered was to big. I contacted Mike, and he stated that it would not be a problem, just send it back and I will exchange it. I was very happy with the jersey, but overall with the service. Thanks Mike.
