Best Caribbean Food in - Punta Cana Restaurant. The name has change from Rudy's Taste to Punta Cana Restaurant, but the food continues to be if not as good, better. On this best kept secret you find the tastiness of the Caribbean food (especially Dominican); meat, fish, vegetables. Either mild or spicy, the entrees are delicious. Prices are very reasonable and portions sizes are decent. Latin music and videos are playing at all times, transporting you to the Islands, without a plane ticket. I will go back for sure. You should give it a try.

Authentic. Finally Wicker Park - West Town has an authentic Restaurant Im not knocking any Guatemalan /Caribbean that are in the Humboldt / Bucktown /Wicker Area , But Rudy fits the bill quite well , The Entrees are a bit pricey but its well worth it I Highly Reccomend Rudys for a visit

A Must Try BYOB. What a great place to go for Guatamalen and/or Caribbean food. Try the jibaritos for lunch. For dinner, all the entrees are excellent: shrimp, carne asadao, pollo- you can't go wrong. It's a good value- especically since it's BYOB. Fun latino music adds to the atmosphere.
