1) Get my timing belt/water pump/acc.belts changed (75k miles on honda civic). Price is almost half of what honda dealership charged ~ all genuine honda parts. 2) Break noise gone after the inspection ~ free. 3) Rattling sound from muffler since 45k cannot be determine by honda dealership - haas found it. 4) Car in by 8:30pm and out around 4pm. 5) Staff very professional and straight to the point. 6) Location close to metra/blueline/busline.
Pros: Save money; all noise/ratling sound resolved; genuine parts; great location
Cons: NONE - they are simply better than the honda dealer
