Dining by music takes on a live note with this offshoot of Max's World Restaurant Group, where dueling piano singers serenade customers with contemporary hits and classic show tunes. Petite potato cakes served three ways, thick Angus steaks, a crabcake BLT and desserts like apple pie and carrot cake round out the menu of stylized American fare. The 7,500-square-foot restaurant seats 285 guests and is decorated in mochas, espressos and creams.
