great lakeview yoga studio. I love going to Namaskar because 1) it is close to my house and 2) because it is so laid back and community oriented. The owner is so nice and gets to know the students. A great little studio.

Most outstanding yoga studio in Chicago!. This yoga studio is unbeatable! The studio itself is a small, intimate space and the most classes aren't bigger than 10 people. That means that you're constantly getting individualized attention and adjustments. It's pretty much the closest thing you're going to get to a personallized yoga lesson outside of paying someone $100/hr.

I've worked my way through most of the teachers and have yet to be disappointed. Each instructor is incredibly supportive, no matter what level of yoga you're at. A lot of classes have people at all different abilities. If you're already a pretzel, the instructers will manage to find challanging poses for you. If you're stiff as a board, they'll give you what need to loosen up. Whatever your skill level is, you're going to get something out each session.

Studios like Namaskar are incredibly rare. If you get the opporunity to take one of these classes, you won't regret it!
