I looked high and low for a modern sofa and table that I could use in my apartment. The sofa and coffee table I found at Chiasso were just the right size and were modern enough to go with my loft. They arranged for delivery and was in my apartment within 24 hours. I have gone back several times since and enjoy getting their catalog to see the new modern designs they create.

I found a table I liked which was not in stock, but would be in a few days. Later I picked it up and got it home, but we took it out of the box and it was completely the wrong color (in fact this color was not even an option). I called the store and they ordered another one from the warehouse. When they called to say it was in, I asked if they were sure it was right, they said yes. Again, I drove out to the store, when the clerk brought it out I could tell it was wrong just by looking at the product code. I was furious, they offered to ship me one with no shipping charge, but then discovered that it was on backorder. They offered me a discount on the floor model, but it was banged up. After wasting my time and basically being lied to on the phone I ended up just getting my money back.
