Worst SAlon in Chicago. I do not understand how this place has 4 stars on here. The receptionist are completely horrible to the customers, the customer service is terrible. They do not take care of their clients......this place not only should be taken down from "city searches best" list but should be shut down altogether. You guys should be ashamed to call yourself a salon.

Never Again.... ...will I go anywhere else to get a bikini wax . I had my first brazilian in salon envy with Natalia. Not the most comfortable thing, but she does her best to make you feel comfortable. Quick and thorough. Prices are good too. The only thing is it's kind a hard to get an appointment. Because of that, I had to go somewhere else to get a brazilian last minute once and it was the worst. I figured I get them done enough so I should be able to take it, right? WRONG! Natalia @ salon envy takes about 15 minutes and is not that painful. This other chick (obviously at a place that is not salon envy) took about 40 minutes and the wax strips looked like a kotex. That's just wrong! I will remain faithful to Salon Envy.

Best Highlights/Color. I have been going to Salon Envy for several years, and I see the owner Susan. I have been a loyal customer of hers and she always does a great job! She always listens and gives me what I want, not like some stylists. I am never unhappy!! The waxing I get there is always great as well, I have been to both girls there. I highly recommend Salon Envy!

BEST WAX. NATALIA is THE best waxer there, from bikini to eyebrows!! She was so sweet and quick and did an amazing job on my bikini and eyebrows! and the salon is clean and beautiful and everyone was so friendly. i may just have to try the facial next!

Best hair stylist_justyna. Today was my second visit there and it was as pleasant as my first one. justyna made my hair look great and no doubt she is an amazing hair stylist.

Best colorist_Justina. I have been going to Salon Envy for years to get my brows shaped by Taylor, who is fabulous and meticulous. Then I started to get my hair done by colorist and stylist Justina and have never been more enthused with my color and cut. I don't consider my naturally brown hair hard to do but she manages to give me the perfect shade for my skin tone and cut for my face shape, it actually works FOR me! The multi-dimensional tones that come through my hair make it look impossibly beautiful but natural. I would never change colorists and hope she stays forever. Please visit Justina!

Awesome Experience!!. I tried Salon Envy after searching the web for a salon in Lincoln Park close to my house. I continued going to this salon after time and again loving my hair. I think everyone there is very nice, and the place is cute, clean, and consistent in quality of work. I highly recommend Salon Envy!

Poor Service. I came to this place because i searched it up online and its number 1 so i decided to give it a go.... When i got there the lady in the front was rude to me... I asked for a simple cut from justyna and she almost made me bald... I wanted to look like hally berry not jamie foxx!!! I was so upset and depressed but thank goodness my hair has grown back... I do not recommend this place!!! To expensive also

Love it!!. I just wanted to say I am a little difficult to please, and I don't think I have ever been this pleased with my hair. I have been going to Salon Envy for about 2 years now, and I have always really liked my hair. I usually go to Lisa, but I have also gone to Sarah and both are great. The salon is comfortable, and the staff is all very friendly.

Expensive Prices.. Highlights Faded. The woman did my hair and my hair totally faded two days later. If there was going to be a problem she should have told me up front with a counciltation in which they did not do. She should have should look we need to do a double process so ur hair wont fade. I spent more then $300 on my hair at this salon and it was ridiculous!!!!
