Fantastic Company!. The negative comments here are blatantly fake based on a few simple observations. Ditley does not charge any client 100% upfront. No one is identifying themselves or the projects that were worked on. The staff at Ditley has remained the same for over 2 years. Finally the timing of these posts throughout 2011 are questionable at best considering no complaints had been sent to DWD.

Take a look at the comments below MSTRADER for further proof. This is an obvious negative PR attack from a lesser competitor.

Consider yourself Warned! This company will ruin you!!!. They want all money up front, paid in full, only to hand over a sub-par website that does not work as promised.

We have been on a hamster wheel with these people from the start, they have taken our money and won't answer calls or emails.

We paid for a website we can not access or use. They promised to help us navigate through the process of uploading photos and now it seems as though they have just shut down business...no one responds.

We literally have to hire a new company to help us.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I chose them.

Not what expected from a professional company. Our website was designed almost to all of the specifications. While it was being built, too many people left the company, every time we called a different person would talk to you and always needed to be updated on the progress so that knew what you were talking about. After the site was built, too many problems were happening, and still are. Please don't use this company for their SEO services, they can hardly handle one project at a time, and SEO would take up all of their time. I would NOT recommend this company.

WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ DITLEY. Agreed. Any postive remarks made about Ditley has been posted by Ditley. I wish looked them up on Citysearch prior to signing a contract with them. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Long story short, when you hire a company to build your website you expect your website to show up when typing the address in the URL, well guess what, less than 40% of the time your website does not appear, and Ditley won't lift a finger to fix it. Deadlines, "what's that?" This company is a joke, I had to junk the site they built for us and start brand new with a new company. You've been lucky to stumble upon this review, please do not let it go to waste, make sure you do not do business with this company.

Great job!. I just read the latest reviews and I'm truly surprised. I just finished my second project with Ditley and experienced nothing but professional approach, great customer service and willingness to work with me on any issue. They did an excellent job taking care of my pickiest requests during the process being patient and helping me on every step. Pricing is very reasonable and is 100% worth their services. I highly recommend Ditley for any web-project!

Also very disappointed with service. I agree with VVM in that they are completely unprofessional and lack any sense of customer service. They will not answer emails for a long time and then when they do give you an answer that the opposite of what you want to hear. I believe they are often deliberately unclear and would recommend that no one use their services.

Guarantee the above review is from their employee. WATCH OUT. My experience with Ditley was as exactly described by the other two negative reviews. They have ripped me off by keeping 100% of my money and leaving me with nothing. I had no choice but to terminate their contract after seeing revision after revision far from their claim of producing asthetically stunning web designs. They bragged that I can try to sue but that I will never collect, as others have tried. I could go on but can't waste any more time other than pursuing them in court. Feel free to contact me for more of my disasterous experience with Ditley.

Talented company left me extreamly happy with work!!!. Ditley Web Design must have magicians working there, because they turned my hum drum website into a site with an elegant and classic look that works well with my concept. I was amazed at how quickly their designers got a preliminary mock up of the site completed and I was up and running with the new site sooner then they had projected. They created a wonderful site that exceeded my expectations. Updates are a breeze, and when I have wanted to rework a few things over the years they are very accommodating. They have some talented designers and developers working there, and as an jeweler I am very particular!

Terribly unprofessional and lacking skill. Wow, after being duped by this company i thought they just didn't have the skill to complete my project. However after reading the 2 most recent reviews i had the same experience. They took my money for the project but never never delivered based on timelines, had a terrible project manager and tried to dictate how to design my project. Then a 2 month delivery turned into 9 months. The "final product" is no where close to my expectations and doesn't even work on most browser.

I am disgruntled but for good reason. Trust me, avoid Ditley (or Chicago Web Design) at all costs!!

A Partnership with a company who cares. Ditley is a company who met all my demands and never said that it couldnt be done. The team is very pleasant to work with and they understand the demands on a small business. If you want a great site designed and great customer service - use this company.
