Rip off. $9.95 a day for high speed internet. $10 a day to park. $0.85 per local call. The staff is very nice; but the place is a ripoff. If you are in a wheelchair and want to go to other restaurants forget it no sidewalks !

Airport convenience with something for everyone.. The Scene
This hotel offers all-day shuttle service to O'Hare International Airport, just five minutes away. With its easy access to major highways and most Chicago area businesses, it's a good choice for business travelers. Style-wise, on the other hand, it can feel less than corporate, with accents such as hot pink sofas in the rooms and bright starburst carpeting in the Penthouse Ballroom.

The Details
The hotel features two distinct styles of rooms. The main building offers higher-end luxury accommodations, while the two concourse buildings provide standard rooms for the budget-conscience traveler. Suites feature wet-bars, large wardrobes and sitting areas. The on-site restaurant serves everything from prime rib to fried fish. The outdoor swimming pool has an almost resort-like feel. The fitness center feels more like a converted office, but it's well-equipped.

Best Kept Secret. Wow, I can not beleive the quality of the guestrooms. I am not a typical Ramada guest however I was moved to this hotel by our company as cost cutting measures. The guestroom in their Tower building are outstanding. All their rooms were completely renovated. I can not beleive the quality, very rich and elegant. The mattress is a pillow top and by far it was the best matress I have ever slept on in any hotel. What a value their room rates are very reasonable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. This visit was definitely a pleasant surprise.
