I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your assistance over the past five years. I do not often have the pleasure of working with someone of your caliber and with the patience to answer my questions about carpet, Upholstered furniture and restoring my house from a water damage.

If you ever have a water-damage situation like mine, I suggest contacting Sam or Dean at ServiceMaster MB. I met them both and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the water damage in my home. My basement flooded after the sump-pump failed. I had all types of foreign bacteria (if you know what I mean!) in my home. I was miserable. I figured it was something I could handle on my own, I was wrong! I contacted my insurance agent and she directed me to call ServiceMaster MB because she had used them in the past. Well, let me tell you...within 4 hours of the time of first contact, they had emptied out my basement, got rid of all the crud, sanitized and deodorized it (thank God for their deodorizers!!!!). When I came down to the basement, it was empty and on its way to drying. Thank you ServiceMaster. My next worry was reconstructing it. Little did I know that they covered that aspect as well. After all was said and done, you would never know that I had a flood. Thanks Sam and Dean!!!!!! You guys are great....and let's not forget the little lady behind the scenes. Their assistant at the office made sure that all the leg work was taken care of for me. You have my vote!!!!
