We would not wish this dealer on anyone! He is a nightmare to work with. Our spa has not worked properly in the last 6 months and no one there seems qualified enough to make the necessary repairs, or willing to replace the tub (it is still under warranty)--Not timely in returning calls or responding to problems. Our neighbors have had similar problems and unfortunately, since investigating this company further on the web, we have uncovered similar review from unhappy customers. Wish we would have seen these before buying here. Run, don't walk, to another reputable dealer.
