excited!. Grace is every bride to be's dream! She was so helpful and patient with me and the entire team I brough along for my fitting. I am so, so, so excited! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my dress too.

Run Away Brides!!!!!!. Wedding dress horor story!!!! The dress was delivered two days prior to the wedding on the advice of Kathryn's staff. Brought the dress home, never took it out of the bag prior to leaving the shop which was my fault, opened the bag and the dress had a hole in it. Called them and returned the dress within an hour and the "manager" said that is "too bad and not their problem". Mind you this is now less than 48 hours before the wedding. Kathryn's husband gave us HOURS of arguments as to why we should satisfied with a dress with a hole in it. He actually uttered the words, you cannot expect perfection. Nice. That is what you want to hear hours before your big day. Perfection? We wanted a dress without a hole in it!! Is that too much to ask? Ultimately, I missed my rehersal because we had to deal with Kathryn's on the repair of the dress. Horrible experience!!!!

Great service and great dress selection. Great experience! The staff is very helpful. The dresses are beautiful and very clean. My mom and aunt have purchased dresses here in the past and I have always had the best customer service as well as dress selection.

Very accommodating. Jessica was very accommodating. I felt comfortable and had plenty of room to express my opinion. She was great! I will come again and schedule with Jess!

Friendly and patient. The staffs are very friendly, patient, and made me feel very comfortable. I love my sister's dress. Also, I really appreciate helping find the right mid leg dress!

Great service from Rachel. I want to give a big thanks to Rachel! You were great! I couldn't believe I found my dress on the first day and in the first place I came to! I am so happy and thankful. You girls here at Kathryn's Bridal sure know what you are doing.

Sue was great. Sue was incredible! She listened to what I was looking for in a dress, she was kind, pleasant & she smiled a lot. She definitely enhanced the experience. P.S. SUE you were GREAT! Since the moment I walked in to Kathryn's it was such a welcoming experience, way much better than any other place I went to. I highly recommend them.
