We bought recently our new 2012 Subaru
Forester and 2012 Subaru Legacy from the Roto Subaru Mazda dealership located at 1555 E Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
We would like to acknowledge an excellent quality of services we experienced from entire dealership staff during our purchase. We would like to especially recognize the efforts, help and assistance we received from the following dealership people:
• Fleet/Leasing Manager Joseph McAvoy
• Service Director Kim Ceas
• Sales Manager George Koselke
• Business Manager Scott Sims
We will definitely recommend this store to all our friends, coworkers and relatives, and we are asking Subaru's Headquarters management to accept this letter as our recommendation to their customers as well.

Hopefully my good luck with them will continue. I have only had to do routine Maintenance on my Mazda, the oil changes are cheap ($13) and so is tire rotations. They aren't the speediest though. Hopefully my good luck with them will continue.

I'd go back!. Because of how easy it was and how nice they were. I'd go back when I need service done on my car. I'm pretty confident the process will be easy and the job will be done right.

The price was good!. The price was good and hassle free.he car i wanted was not on the lot, so they ordered it for me. I was in and out. Hopefully my good luck with them will continue.

Great to work with. his was the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you are in the market to purchase a new Subaru, Mazda or well em... Mercury(RIP) then I would come here. Ryan Powles is great to work with, no BS, and as straightforward as you can get.

I bought my last 3 cars at ROTO. First to admit I bought my last 3 cars here. I think the sales and service departments are top notch. They don't come off sleazy. Which is why I keep going back. They're not going to promise something they can't deliver on and they don't pressure you (not getting phone calls or e-mails weeks after you come in to "look" and then leave).
