Midwest Open Mri

Worst experience.... I've had a really bad experience with MIDWEST OPEN MRI .They have a few places in west suburbs to run their con business . It's owned by a few people , one of them is Nirinjana Giri. The office manager is Neela Giri . Though the staff was nice, but they CAN NOT TAKE IMAGES and CAN NOT READ them! And they won't work to solve the problem!

To GIRI FAMILY -Just because you can buy MRI equipment, it doesn't mean you are profesionals!…

Very caring staff. I am a very claustrophobic patient and when i went to the mri center in elmhurst they made me feel so comfortable they put soothing music to ease me and they turned the lights on bright and even though that yet didn't feel comfortable the receptionist (patty) sat in the room with me and to know somebody was in there with me made me feel relaxed. The lady tech (Darsh) kept in contact with me after every scan and that made it much better knowing how long each part of the test was.…

BEST MRI. Very compationate staff. very knowledge staff. The girl tech was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. she explained thourghly what was exam consist of. receptionist was very helpful in filling out the paper work. my over all experience was excellent . I would reccomend my family member to go there.…
