Customer service is still alive and well here!. Had a radio I bought elsewhere because I had gotten a great deal, but all the parts to install it didn't come with it, and I could not get the right parts as a consumer (at JCWhitney online) So a friend recommended Urban Tanks, and the guys there did a great job and giving me the right information and ordering the right parts for my vehicle were just as important as the service they supplied. I would recommend them to anyone! Customer Service is NOT dead!!
