Pricing is good for the service they are providing.

Parked here for a flight out of o'hare airport. The front desk manager was so professional and helpful. Offered us coffee and hot chocolate in the very nice tv/computer/coffee room. So we relaxed for a short time waiting for the shuttle to the airport. Shuttle drivers we had were so friendly and the van was warm. When we arrived back all we did was call front desk and they sent the driver to pick us up right away in an snow storm. We had free coffee again at the office while our car warmed up. Will always park here for now on! All this for under $7.00 a day.

Overall I want to stress that the staff were very courteous and we were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a King suite and didn't even get to use the seating area--very spacious. The hotel was very quiet. Comfy bed and pillows, no bed bugs.

Firstly, my partner and I had neither our car nor a bunch of luggage.

We booked our room a few months in advance as we were traveling for a conference. When we got to the airport, we called the shuttle and it picked us up as we were told it would.

We weren't charged any extra fees or given any sass or anything like that.

The only things I thought strange on are that we had to ask for a do not disturb sign as we didn't have one in our room and we found a small millipede on the ceiling one night.

I do suggest that you bring some lotion and conditioner if you really need it, but the toiletries we had (soap and conditioning shampoo) were totally fine. Also, some might consider the towel count for each room low (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 washcloth) so just ask for extra if you need.

Also, the shuttle schedule was a bit confusing so make sure you know what it is if you need to get around. The shuttle will take you to OHare where you can easily catch the blue line bus, which is what we did.

The breakfast is snack crackers (Lance style) and cereal with milk. There was a sign about breakfast ending at 10am but I came at 9:50 and no one was policing it. Also, I ate the crackers at all hours.

I stay at the Ohare inn often and I have to say it is not bad for the price. The rooms are clean and the service is mediocre. The plus side is access to laundry facilities and the minus is the way they hoard towels. So just bring your own and you'll be fine. Also bring your own toiletries and you'll be great (Hotel toiletries are not the best). In short you get what you pay for. Ps. The location is very close to everything.

We stayed one night here and found it clean and convenient, with very pleasant staff. It was surprisingly roomy for its low price; we were upgraded from queen to king suite because we were senior citizens! We appreciated the free computer in the coffee room since we don't have a laptop or smart phone.

Good hotel for the price. It was clean, and they upgraded us to a bigger room which was pretty rad. The continental breakfast is really just cereal and cheese crackers. It's nice that they have a computer and printer so you don't get scalped printing boarding passes at the airport, but they charge you a dollar per piece of paper. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was convenient, so long as it's not after midnight. The distance from the city is a little crappy, especially since it's a good half-hour walk through an industrial strip to get to the Metra, but the closeness to the airport makes up for it.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is nice and knows ways around chicagoland.

Breakfast included cereal and coffee, which is good to get me started in the morning.

Free shuttle service took me to nearby restaurant at nights.

Free WiFi internet connection made my day, other hotels charge you $10/day.

I used to stay at more expensive hotels, but after finding this one I know where I'll stay on my next trip to Chicagoland.

When you first get to this hotel it really isn't impressive. We thought we had made a terrible decision for our visit to Chicago. We wanted to be close to the airport because we had a flight four days after the arrival. But after going through the check in desk you have a great surprise. The room is probably the biggest I have ever stayed in (including 4 star hotels) and the price is great for it. There is a shuttle that leaves every hour to the blue line which will take you downtown Chicago. Its quite a long ride by train but its ok. Breakfast is a joke though!!! They call breakfast old cereal and coffee. We had to go to Dunkin Donuts every morning for close to decent breakfast (the good thing is that its right next door). The service is good, they were very helpful. So, if you want to save...this is a good place to go.
