First Cruise Ever!

My husband and I chose an Alaskan Land/Cruise trip in Sept 2007 for our first cruise and booked through Christine. We were apprehensive and had many, many questions. Chris was amazingly patient with us and very thorough. Her customer service was great as was her suggested cruise line. Her own personal love and experience for 'cruising' was reflected in all of her helpful suggestions for us rookies, ie, what type of clothing to bring, best seats on the train, tipping etiquette and much more! We will definitely book our next cruise with Cruises, Inc.

Best way to book a cruise!

We went on our first cruise, booked by Chris, last year. She took care of EVERY detail and we were even surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine in our room when we checked in! We've booked another one this year and I know everything will be taken care of, yet again.

Great customer service

We took a cruise to the Western Mediterranean last fall. Everything went exactly as our cruise agent said it would, and she answered all our questions - sometimes twice - patiently and completely. The cruise itself was ideal, with stops in Barcelona, the French Riviera, Pisa, Rome and Naples, Italy, and Sicily. Our agent arranged for a pre-cruise night in Barcelona, with a city tour including a wonderful dinner. We were told exactly what to expect, and were met promptly at each leg of our trip, both air and sea. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend both the cruise and our agent.

Awesome Agent and Cruise

I booked a December 2007 cruise with Chris Pappin of Cruises Inc. Chris made this process very easy. I told her what I was looking for in terms of price, cruise line, and destination. She presented me with the packages that best fit my needs. Once I booked, she made sure I got my tickets and itinerary, informed me of what to expect and what not to expect, and she even was available via cell phone before I got on the ship. The cruise was awesome and I really enjoyed myself. I have been on 5 cruises in the last 8 years, and by far, Chris was the best agent I had. I did book one of my cruises on line--biggest mistake I made. Chris' personal touch made everything so easy. I booked another cruise for September 2008 and I can't wait!! Thanks Chris!!
