Rude and Aweful experience so far. Stay AWAY! Beware!!!! Owner is not truthful and is only concerned about money! They will ruin your wedding day! Lying about orders is not neccessary- money should be earned honestly, not at others expense.

Extremely helpful and pleasant. I recently went to Bella Bridal in St. Charles to look for a bridal gown. I tried on many dresses and eventually found the perfect dress for my wedding. The sales associate that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful. She let me know about any extra charges up front and did not pressure me into buying my dress right there and then. I would highly recommend Bella Bridal to any of my friends in a heart beat. They have anything you could need for your wedding and i will be getting all of my wedding accessories there.

Don't carry ALIX AND KELLY dresses! I'm p.o.'d!. Your website said you carried Alix and Kelly dresses but then I drove all the way there and you didn't have them. The girl was rude who helped me, so finally I left. Not sure what happened.
