Watch out for Terri Silverman and Bari Izenstark. They may be using the screen name "Larry B". They are deceptive, manipulative, and in essence cons. They tried to rip Castle Party Rentals out of $5,177.00 by doing a chargeback with their credit card company. They failed to meet the 50% deposit requirement, which should have been a warning sign from the beginning, however, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their equipment was delivered on time, despite them giving false information. They told us that there were no stairs leading into their venue (which incurs an additional charge), but sure enough it was a lie. They failed to provide payment at the time of delivery, so we charged their credit card as outlined in the rental agreement and credit card authorization. They are blatantly lying when they say that we did not deliver the day of their party. You can even call the banquet manager from Highland Park Country Club. Luckily, we also took pictures of the equipment being all setup so we were able to show that to the credit card company as well as testimonials from the five staff members that were on the delivery crew. After the event, they tried to get us to refund the transaction, saying that one of them wanted to pay part of the bill with check. We said that's fine, but we needed to either first be given a certified check or money order or if they chose to utilize a personal check, we would need two weeks for it to clear. They disrespected our equipment, damaging/staining several pieces of white lounge furniture. They also stole/lost a $100.00 remote that controls our light up tables. They made the crew move the furniture back and forth several times yet they did not pay for setup. To this day, we have been unable to collect the incurred fees for setup, carrying heavy furniture up stairs, damaged/stolen equipment, etc. After the event, they would constantly call and threaten to write a bad review if we didn't give them a discount. It is ashame that people have to stoop down to such levels and lie blatantly and try to take advantage of others. I stand behind Castle Party Rentals 100% and can provide positive references by the hundreds. I hope no company ever has to deal with these two individuals.

RUN, RUN, RUN...AWAY from doing business with Dan Stanek at CastleParty Rental. this company is SHADY! they make promises but do not follow through with the delivery on the day of your party. Don't believe that Dan is always busy working on HUGE events. Mom Sandy is answering the phone and making up lies and excuses. They don't have the capablility of following through on contracts and delivery. DON'T SIGN THE CONTRACT. Once you give a deposit, that contract binds you to paying in full even when they don't deliver the day of the party.

Parties made Easy.. Castle Rentals has a great selection of rental items for any occasion. I hosted a baby shower at my house for my daughter. I was able to get a beautiful tent, lounge furniture, heaters, flatware, stemware, linen, etc all at their place. I didn't do much shopping around, but the pricing seamed very reasonable. What I liked most is only having to coordinate this with only one company. It really made everything simple. I recommend Castle for their nice products, helpful service, and reasonable pricing.

Glad I found this place. This past weekend was my first experience with Castle Rentals and it will not be my last. They have so much cool stuff that it was hard selecting activities for the kids. We have spoiled the children at our company's picnic for the last five years and it was great to be able to spoil them again with some neat new attractions that they have never seen. Thanks again guys and good job.

Renting Casino Equipment at your home. The equipment that Castle provides is one of a kind. We do a casino party every year and decided to give these local guys a try since we are in St. Charles and so are they. They delivered the tables ahead of time before everyone got there and it was nice knowing that everything was set and ready to go. The dealers showed up early to prepare and were great. They've got some great staff and I definitely had a good experience.

Forever Thankful. I would like to thank Castle Party Rentals for all their help with our "March of Dimes" fundraiser. This was the first event that I ever planned and am forever greatful for all the insight, advice, and input that they provided me. We more than reached our goal and at the very same time were able to enjoy a wonderful array of attractions and entertainment. I highly recommend Castle Party Rentals if you are looking to work with a knowledgable company who is very personable and really cares about the success of your event.

Very Satisfied. Rented a heated tent from Castle for a grand opening in Chicago. Great communication throughout the whole rental process. Product was flawless as promised and overall was a great value.

5 Star Deserving Company. We hired Castle Party Rentals for our fundraising event and on behalf of our planning committee, I must say we were extremely pleased with the service that we received. Everything that was delivered looked great. They made some great recommendations such as the Catepillar Crawl Obstacle Course. It was an attraction that really catered to the little kids and hence my fear of bigger kids trampling over the smaller ones was put to rest. Delivery and pickup was prompt and the staff was very personable. 5 stars for this company!

Casino Night provided by Castle Party. We contracted Castle Party Rentals for a Casino event at our home in Hinsdale, IL. They seemed to have the best price, offer everything we needed, and the reviews were quite encouraging. If you are looking to rent casino tables or slot machines, then I highly recommend Castle Party Rentals.

Flawless Event. Our marketing agency recently used Castle Party Rentals for air hockey table rentals in Las Vegas. Our client wanted to setup up a tournament and Castle had just the quality that we were looking for. The event went great and the tables were flawless. We will definitely keep them in mind for future events.
