HORRIBLE!!!!. What ever you do, do not go to this shop! I was there two days ago to get something called Spring Twists and they came out like 3-month-old braids from 1992. The owner/stylists, Kara, was rude and demanded that I pay her the $200 fee. After another customer vouched that my hair looked tacky and nothing like the picture I'd taken in, she then offered me a $10 discount!!! To make matters worse, after only 2 days, the braids are already unraveling and I have been forced to put rubber bands on the ends in an attempt to preserve them. Needless to say, this braid shop should be shut down. I hope this never happens to another paying customer.
