I went into this store while shopping in downtown Elmhurst. The sales clerks were not friendly nor helpful but the store does have a wide mix of merchandise. The Vera Bradley store in Oakbrook has more Vera but they do have a nice selection. I would visit this store while shopping downtown Elmhurst but would not make a special trip as it is too cluttered for my taste

Wow! Way bigger and more diverse than it appears, The Uptown Shop has the Best selection of Vera Bradley in the entire Chicagoland area, lots of other handbags including Hobo, Sak, and artist made one of a kinds, Great jewelry including AMAZING vintage., Wonderful Home decor, furniture pieces, Garden accents, Hostess gifts, soaps, candles, etc. Great selection of seasonal hostess needs for decor and entertaining. You will LOVE this store. I am still dreaming about the Imported French antique bedroom set. Cool boutique preppy and boho fun apparel too. AND a great card selection, too. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a fun place to shop. I LOVE THIS STORE!!!
Pros: Parking is easy, stop for Coffee next door at the Chocolate Moon when you are tired of shopping
