A very efficient facility. My first visit on August 23,2010 to 21st Century Chiropractic was very impressive. The recieving personnel/staff was friendly and patient, and I was given a gift that was not expected. The doctor, Dr Helwig, was very friendly and informative. My condition, Spinal Stenosis, began five years ago. I have been through physical therapy and epidural injections to my spine, with minimal improvement for a short period of time. Since I have been coming here, I feel a slow, but sure improvement. I have received a wealth if information on things to do at home. I think 21st Century is the answer to my prayers for a complete healing. I would recomment them to anyone having similar problems such as I have, which is intense leg pain. The massages are most helpful, as they relax you and give you relief from your pain.…
