Waste of Time. My fiance and I decided to take my parents and godparents out to a nice dinner at 94 West. We had a 6:30 reservation on a Saturday night, and we were seated at about 7:00. We did not know this was going to turn into a 3:30 hour ordeal trying to get served. Apparently our server forgot to put our order in, and we couldn't even get drinks in the mean time. I was forced to go to the bar myself for a cocktail. When the food finally arrived, it was sub par and half of our meals were cold. The fish was absolutely horrible and my fiance sent it back. The manager came over to check on us at the end of the meal and we explained the terrible meal we just had. To make up for the ordeal she offered us an after dinner cordial. Are you kidding me? The last thing I wanted was to be there any longer. We completely over payed for a meal I wish I had never been to.

Great food and service !. My husband, my daughter and our nephew went to 94 West for dinner on Mothers Day. The service was excellent and I liked the fact that the menu had a wide variety to choose from. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection, very tender and juicy! Our waiter was very attentive and friendly and to make this event more special, we got to meet the owner who made us feel very welcome. Thanks for the exceptional food Brian !

Pretty Good. We have been here about 5 times in the last year and each time we have good service and food. I always order the same thing, king crab legs. They are cooked perfectly and moderately priced. I'm not sure if it's because we dine early (6-ish), but we never have to wait for seating. We also dine at the Signature Room in the Hancock building and they are very similar in quality, except they don't have the beautiful view.

Not Worth It!. It was Valentine's Day and my family (8) went out to celebrate my cousins B-day,which we had reservations. First it took nearly 1 hr between getting our appietizers to getting or meal & two of my family members meals were cold. Then the spacing in the dinning area was very tight and during our dinner the staff set up tables for a party of 20+. After all that was done that made our area even tighter and my cousin wasn't even able to get out of his chair. We did speak w/the manager,but all he said was,"It's Valentine's Day." The staff didn't even try to accomadat us to makes us feel comfortable. So after that we left w/out cutting our cake that we brought to dinner for my cousin b-day. I would never go back to this place because if they couldn't deliver proper service & hot food on a special day then they can't do it on an ordinary day.
