Shane on you Capri!. A little humility will go a long way. I attended an event caterred by Capri. There were a multitude of problems that I witnessed first hand given that I interacted with the staff and served the food. The host who hired Capri issued a long list of complaints about. The owner refused to acknowledge any of the feedback, and lold a multitude of lies to save face. We all make mistakes. Capri will obviously continue making them.

Favorite Italian place. I've been to Capri 4 or 5 times and am always happy I was there.

The wait for a table can be really frustrating, even with a reservation. The bar is fine for a cocktail while you wait.

The tables get a little cramped during peak hours but the wait staff is agile and snappy.

Best fried calamari in the Southwest burbs, hands down.

Every entree I've had, or my dining companions have had, has been excellent. I can't say enough about the quality of the food, and the portions are generous.

My only food complaint? The house salad dressing - the only dressing - is a tasteless oil and vinegar on iceberg with a couple of tomato slices. Blah. Skip it.

I'm looking forward to my next dinner at Capri!
