Horribble Customer Service. A family member of mine was visiting from out of town and I was trying to go and see them. It was pretty late at night, but I was excited and couldn't wait to see them. I called the cab service and they didn't even have an estimate rate of how much it would cost for me to get to my destination. Then, the guy asked me for the telephone number of the person that I was going to see. I told him to give me a moment because I'm not good at remembering numbers. As I was retrieving the phone number, he stated, " Did you meet this person on the internet?" I was livid!!!! I couldn't believe that he had the audacity to come at me like that. I'LL NEVER EVER CALL THEM FOR THEIR SERVICE AGAIN... The fair wouldv'e been 60 dollars and I would've given a tip...The cabbie lost a good fair because of an a**hole.
