Bad experience. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a well-run establishment.. Avoid this restaurant. Very poor management and lack of customer service. Especially be aware if you are attempting to use a gift certificate, such as the one we had. We were well within the listed restrictions on the certificate and it was not accepted because we participated in the nightly drink special (even though our food purchases alone were well over the minimum dollar amount we needed to spend). Management was rude, wings were cold, items were missing from our orders... All said and done; who wants to go out for an evening and have a bad time. There are many other great choices in Naperville.
