terrible. A friend and I had appointments for a signautre pedicure and no chip manicure. The manicure looked sloppy with leftover polish around my fingers and there was no lotion/massage. The pedicure took less than 30 minutes and was worse than a classic pedicure anywhere else. The owner admitted that her staff left out a 15 minute reflexology! The massage was terrible and they did nothing but the massage. No cuticle treatement, no pumice stone - nothing. Terrible. Worse spa experience ever. Would not recommend going here. We weren't happy with the results so we contacted the own Dr. Sara Golden who was nothing but rude and didn't show any concern that we were unhappy and unsatisified with the experience. We paid for the signature pedicure for $65 and receive a pedicure that was worth $25. The no-chip manicure chipped after two days. The staff is inexperienced! This is not how anyone expects or deserves to be treated. Again, would never return or recommend.

Quality Products, Talented Staff!. I've always had issues with coloring my hair. It's never the right shade... i used to just buy a box of color and be done with it. I came here on a recommendation of one of my friends... my hair is AWESOME. They use Schwarzkopf color and for those of you that don't know what that is.... push your resistant gray hair out of the way and listen up. Rich color, lasts longer than matrix and all that other crap. The stylists will bounce ideas off each other too so it's more than just one talented chick making you look good.

They are really sweet and didn't hesitate to special order a product for me and call me in a few days when it was ready. they were going to mail it out to me, but i needed an excuse to come back in and get a pedicure :)
