scammers deceptive practices buyer beware

my plumbing company bought an ad from Kenneth Moore of First Choice Yellow Pages. it was supposed to be a full page ad in the plumbing contractor section. we went back and forth many times and i decided it was too high in price for the product. the last day before the book was to close kenneth came and said my "manager" said we could give you a full page ad for 3900.00. that was half the price they originally wanted. so i decided to go with it. the full page ad. the book finally comes and not only is the ad not a full page but it was in the wrong section. it was under plumbing supplies. i have my contract proving otherwise. so i call up to get some type of refund to no avail. i spoke with joel who would not answer calls until finally they said it was my mistake because on the proof it said plumbing supply even though the contract said otherwise. kenneth wrote A code on the contract "tdqc" they said that meant not a full page ad. moore and 1st choice are liars and cheats. BUYER BEWARE
