Worst Experience

I don't even want to give it one star but I couldn't rate any lower. First of all let me tell you that even though it seems busy..... 3 1/2 hrs I spent there because the did not get my hair color right I notice mostly all people just leaving disappointed, they don't even know what they are doing, and to be honest I don't even think any of them have a license. I know its hard out there but Damn! The only reason the are busy is cause they have that chinese restaurant right next to them and the subway. I really felt bad for myself and the woman doing my hair. I am not one to complain and I know they just want to earn their money but for color never go their its not worth it. The place is being ran be a maybe 16 /17 year old girl come on. I should have got up and left by I needed to have my hair fixed and give the lady a chance to fix it. Ladies not the place to go !
