Great Hibachi, Great Sushi, Great Sake. My wife and I like to bring our family here to eat. We always sit at the Hibachi Grill, it is very entertaining and our children enjoy it. The Hibachi Grill is great because you get a substantial amount of food. In addition to your entrée, you get miso soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, grilled vegetables and rice or noodles. And in addition to this, my family and I order a couple different sushi rolls, which are always satisfying. I recommend trying Kiku's if you are looking for a great dining experience and great food.

Always impressed. I have been to Kiku many times and it never disappoints! The food and service are always top notch. It is on the pricey side so I don't get to frequent often but when I do I am always pleased with everything. I have taken many clients to Kiku and everyone has always raved about the food. The atmosphere is nice as well.

Best Sushi in the Burbs. Best sushi in the burbs and good prices. All of their sushi creations are excellent, but the Godzilla roll is my favorite. Spicy tuna and the crunchy tuna is good too. Great atmosphere and they just added a new section that has a very modern sushi bar feel.

Fun Atmosphere and good food. I have heard about these steak houses like (Beni Hana) but have never been to one. Being that BeniHana was to far away from Bolingbrook I found Kiku which it had some good ratings. So my lady and I gave it a try on a Saturday night. It was packed and we were told it may be a 45 minute wait. So we decided to belly up to the tiny bar. Before we could even get half way through our drink we were seated about 15 minutes later. I wanted to see the chef cooked so the two of us were seated with another group of 6 people. A family. Which turned out to be fun as they were mostly our age and freindly. But may not always be that way so beware.

We ordered a couple rolls of sushi and the steak and chicken dinner to share. I really dont remember what rolls we ordered but they werent the greatest. They were decent but I guess if you want great sushi go to a sushi house. As for the steak and chicken, that was great. Even funner whatching the chef twirl his knives, flip and catch bowls of freshly made fried rice on his spatula, flip an egg into his hat and flip shrimp into your mouth like you were a sea lion. Each chef has a unique trick he does so you can whatch the other chefs while your waiting for your to cook.

All in all a good experience but you could end up sitting next to some not so nice or freindly people.

Editorial Review. Watch and capture the aroma as your meal gets prepared in front of you at Chicago's premiere Japanese restaurant.

Good Sushi Bar - in the back. I have tried this place several times and have been very happy with the service and the food. Things that I found here and not at my normal sushi restaurant near home: 4 kinds of tuna including Blue Fin and market priced Oh Toro (Not to my taste but a rare find for me). Red Snapper. Custom hand rolls. I'm a huge sushi fan!
