Dedicated & Professional. Cleaning your Dryer Duct is typically the last thing on most of our minds, but is critical for safety and maintaining efficiency. I contacted Mr. Duct as it has been a few years since we had our Dryer Duct cleaned. They were prompt courteous and dedicated in making sure the dryer duct was clean throughout and worked efficiently. Thy gentlemen were respectful and conscientious with clean-up. The price did not deviate from what was quoted on the phone. I would recommend Mr. Duct for this service on an annual or bi-annual basis.…

First of all, I like that they quote based on the size of the house; the ENTIRE system is included. Lots of competitive coupons out there with teaser rates, but they don't mention all of the add-on
charges. So right up front, everything was explained in detail. No surprises when the crew arrived.
We had the Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent and Furnace tune-up. The Dryer was done for no charge with the whole house cleaning. We are very pleased with the cleaning; I can hear the improved suction from the return vents. I have piece of mind that the furnace is ready for winter. Also would like to commend the crew; very knowledgeable, polite, and patient to answer questions, as well as showing the before and after process. FANTASTIC BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. The serviceman from Mr. Duct showed up promptly for our appointment and immediately began to work on my duct, furnace, and dryer vent system. He was extremely professional and courteous and understanding of the needs of my son and I as he worked throughout our house. The courteous and professional service did not start or stop with him though. All employees that I encountered throughout the process were polite, professional, and great to work with. The company also extened themselves above and beyond when they learned my husband was deployed. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely plan on using them again.…
