Pompous and uptight salesmen and guard.
Sure they sell top notch watches, but a salesperson is a salesperson. No need to let that chin be tilted so high.
Just because they deal with 5 figure timepieces all day does not mean they can treat their customers anything less than subpar. I mean, just because they handle 5 figure watches, does not mean that they can afford them - right?
So what gives them the privilege to treat their customers as anything other than royalty?
Half the fun in buying a fine timepiece is the sale - the attraction to the watch, the service you get, and the overall ambience of the sale.
If all you get in buying a watch priced over $10,000 is a salesman who is nonchalant about the deal - fuggetaboutit. I'd rather buy it online and from trusted forum vendors - save money and save myself the pompous attitude.
And for the record, I own multiple high end pieces - from Rolex to Panerai. I was not a window shopper.... but when I experienced the lack of service at your shop, I became one.
It would take a lot for me to dump my cash in this place.
