Dan Greene should be ashamed of himself. Totally incompetent and screwed us at closing. Neglected very important details and underestimated closing costs $1500. Neglected a huge piece of our mortgage and would have driven up closing costs even more than expected. He knew what he was doing and the good faith estimate was bogus. I don't know how anyone could have done this to us-newlyweds and just starting out. We are refinancing next month.
