Neighborhood Hair Studio. I've been to Level 1 a couple of times, for a hair cut and some waxing. It's a small salon packed with numerous services. The ladies there are nice and welcoming. They're pretty new, with a lot of availabilities, which fits my schedule. They do pretty much everything-cuts, color, manicure, pedicure, waxing, threading--they even have spa day packages, and their prices are reasonable.
