Patient and knowledgeable!

Although our employment status has recently changed and we are no longer being transferred to the Chicago area, Fevin Reyes was the real estate agent who assisted during our home search. Not only did he help us locate and narrow down the area that we were going to buy in, he provided us with neighborhood information and market statistics on the trends in values in those areas. Even though we had informed Fevin that our move to Chicago was dependent on our employer, he still took the time and had the patience to work with us. My husband and I are grateful for this. Should our employer decide to send us to the Chicago area again, our first phone call will definitely be to Fevin Reyes.

Fevin Reyes is an outstanding real state agent, he provided me with outstanding service, meeting special mortgage requirements for a first home buyer.

He worked hard to find a house that met the mortgage and he found a nice house in one of the best suburban communities: Naperville! Furthermore, the house he found is in a great location; my home has increased it's value about 33% in three years!!!
