I used to go to another nail salon down the street. I was with her for about 8 years. She recently left and I was forced to find another manicurist which is very difficult because there are not very many skilled people out there, at least not in this neighborhood. I have been to quite a few. I compare everyone to Lauren at Lu's Nail Boutique. But I went in to Nirvana and was surprised by the great looking clean salon. I get weekly manicures and monthly pedicures and am VERY picky! I have had a few manicures and pedicures with Natalia and she is really great. She really sanded the bottom of my feet well. She's a little lady so I was pleasantly surprised by her aggressive approach. I wish they used Dabu which is a base coat that can be used as a top coat too that really makes your manicure stay for more than a week in perfect condition (sometimes 2 weeks). I recently saw a woman named Saher (Sah-hare) who was really really awesome. She filed my nails super square like I told her I liked them and did a great job cleaning my cuticle and nail bed (which is really important for me). Nice polish job as well! I am going back next week for a mani/pedi with Saher. I also had a manicure from Rosalia once but it didn't last as long as I expected. But I would definitely go back to her as long as I bring my Dabu and Sechevite with me. Please give these ladies a try, they are really good manicurists! However, a while back I had a massage from Becky and I didn't really think too much of it. Either she has a really weird style or she doesn't know a thing about massages. I have had many massages in my life time from many different people and this was very different from anything I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend her specifically unless you want something out of the ordinary. But please try Natalia, Saher, or Rosalia. They will be great!

Pros: Expertise, cleanliness, availability, customer service

Cons: Tricky parking at popular times
