“They just seemed to have the best diamonds and selection, and they have a lot of GIA diplomas.”
Best Jewelers. I think you will find the oldest and best jewelers in the city in this building. As I recall, there are jewelers on floors 2-13, so you have to use the elevator to navigate around. Shopping tips: Most are only open until 1 o'clock on Saturdays; you can use their web site to pick some you want to shop at.
Great place. I bought at M. Martin, too. I found the building on the internet and used their web site to narrow down who I wanted to visit. They were the third store I visited. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I got. If you come to the building, there is a directory in the lobby of the jewelers, although it is a little hidden.
"THE PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL YOUR JEWELERY NEEDS". You should be able to find just about anything you want in this building. It seemed a little daunting at first with all the jewelers, but the jewelers I did talk to were a lot nicer than the jewelers on the street level who all seemed to pressure you to buy. A lot of the stores in the building are small repair shops, but I narrowed my search to three or four of the larger stores. After talking with them, I bought a ring from M. Martin Jewelers on the sixth floor. They just seemed to have the best diamonds and selection, and they have a lot of GIA diplomas. One thing we found out was that most of the stores are only open a few hours in the morning on Saturdays.
