Talk To A Manager First

I did my own taxes this year and was looking for someone to double check my numbers, and was quoted on the phone $29 for a "Second Look". ----Went in and had two changes, and was charged $99!
------ Fortunately, upon talking to a manager, who was specific and very helpful, they did amend the price. I would suggest talking to a manager first about cost before sitting down with anyone.
The manager was very capable, but staff did not indicate or explain price increases very well.
- Cons: Staff is very vague on what you are going to be paying for
