Good location, eh yarn, terrible service

I'd really go in here just to check out the window display, because it always has something fun. It's convenient to the Division Blue Line, and the space looks enchanting. They have a decent selection of yarns, most of them fancy and delicious feeling. Went twice, the first time I was in a little bit of a hurry, and had to leave after looking around for 15 minutes, unable to get the attention of anyone working. The second time I wasn't in a rush, and while I loved petting the yarn and thinking of projects, it took forever to talk to someone about what I needed, and then the line was held up by the cashier trying to ring people up and talk on her cell phone at the same time. Possibly lousy timing on my part, but I don't know that I'd go back here unless I had to have a particular yarn for something.
