THE BBB IS THE MOST HONORABLE PLACE.
The hallmark of the Better Business Bureau is to provide unbiased, fair decisions concerning commerce complaints.
If a complaining consumer contacts only Yelp and other less than credulous places, I can only assume that they are withholding details that will make them appear incredulous.
Reviewers should visit BBB ratings and inquire of Angie's List. They will discover a more balanced portrait of good companies who try hard.
If folks who need a review on a company want a reasonable, professional review, they should rely on the BBB for the 'real deal'.
