It’s hard to imagine such a relaxing sanctuary could be located just steps from bustling Michigan Avenue in the heart of the Magnificent Mile, but that’s where Kiva finds its home. Just around the corner and across the street from a park, the salon and spa is a neutral-toned, modern getaway for those that need some pampering. Whether it’s a full-body massage or a quick bikini wax before the weekend, the spa handles it all. - Although it’s located in the Water Tower building, you can’t access it from inside. The entrance is hidden around the corner on Pearson Street, right next to the entrance to the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

- Parking can be difficult, but the spa has a valet service to make it easier.

Best Eyebrow Waxing

Yana at Kiva Salon at Macy's on State Street does the best eyebrow waxing. She pays attention to detail and is very nice. Someone messed up my eyebrows and she was able to fix them as they grew back. I have been going to her for about four years. She is the best!
- Pros: Yana, Convenient location
- Cons: A bit pricey, Difficult to find parking during working hours
