Too many mistakes, bad customer services.
I used Access Maids to clean my condo several times with varying success. The firs couple of times were good, the third mediocre and then everything went off a cliff. The last time I had the service, there were a few small problems and a couple major ones. The maids threw away several things that shouldn't have been, including a box I use to collect my recycling and the plastic bags that I collect under the sink. They put wine glasses in the dish washer, which I, even with my limited domestic skills, know to be wrong because it can cause the glasses to break. They left SCRATCHES all over the top and rim of the metal sink basin - how I'm not sure, unless they used the steel wool that I have on my counter top to scrape it up, which would have been completely unnecessary. Lastly, and the absolute worst of the group, they ran the washing machine with clothes in it, despite my not requesting that service, and left WET LAUNDRY IN THE MACHINE. I didn't discover this until 3 days later. Obviously a few small mistakes are fine, but this was a comedy of errors.
I e-mailed customer service about all the issues, and after waiting a week for a response, I got none. I e-mailed a second time and got a two line e-mail saying that they were sorry and that they'd make a note on my record. There was no attempt to make the situation right or compensate me in any way. I responded to that message, and have not heard a thing since. Needless to say, I won't be using the service again and would advise you not to, either.

5 star service. They cleaned my son's studio apartment that had been ignored for a long time. Great job and he is considering having them return every month. Also, I tried to clean my sons stove and thought it was as clean as it could get even though it didn't look that great. I'm not sure how they made it look practically new but I was floored.

fantastic job. My job keeps me crazy busy, so I don't have time to clean. This company get into every nook and cranny. Furthermore, they put everything away that I leave lying around (despite the fact that I try to put things away).

Have to watch them constantly. While it was easy to make the reservation, I was extremely disappointed by the quality of service provided. Maids forgot to clean the toilets, make the bed, or clean the dining table. If you constantly supervise them they will work, but if you don't watch them they avoid doing work. Many things were removed and not replace properly. I spent an half hour cleaning after they had finished "cleaning." For the expense I paid, I would expect higher quality service..

Thank you. I recently moved into a new place and decided to have it cleaned since nobody lived in it for quite some time. I had them come do a one-time service on my house and I was pleasantly surprised with their meticulous work. It was literally sparkling.

jkl. At the risk of sounding redundant, these guys do a great job. They are motivated and very professional. We needed an all around cleaning as we were expecting a baby and were so pleased with their job.

Good job Accessmaids!. They take their time and do a great job. I love that I don't have to repeat what I want each time. They remember what needs to be done, and are very thorough in getting things done. Punctuality is a plus.

t. This is my second try with a cleaning service since I moved to Chicago and I couldn’t be more pleased. Aside from their meticulous cleaning and reliability, I can count on them to be courteous and discreet.
