Food, Fun, and Good Scenery in the South Loop. I saw this place open a few months ago and never tried it. I live right by it and never was inclined to try it out. I saw it listed in Chicago magazine as a "hot spot" and decided it might be worth a try. I called to make reservations, but they don't take any. When I got there, I understood why. The place is pretty small, but very busy. I was with a few friends from the neighborhood and we had some drinks at the bar before sitting down. We tried a few different flavors of margaritas, all were awesome. The food was really good and inexpensive. Our waitress was very hot and one of my friends asked her out to no avail, but she handled it nicely. I will be back soon.

best mexican food...for sure!. Rudy Giuliani, i was at the table right next to him...unbelievable! besides that, the food was extraordinary...soooooo authentic, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. the steak is so tender and tasty, i think i'm addicted. the margaritas are the best i've ever had. the place feels so calm and comfortable. i love this place...i highly, highly...highly recommend it. it's not just ok...the taste is unforgetable. bring your favorite friends...you'll have a great meal and a lot of fun...the margaritas, wink wink!

Great Mexican food and Margaritas. I love Mexican food and saw it mentioned as a new hot spot in Chicago Magazine, so I tried it out. I was impressed with the presentation of the food, the taste, and best of all, the price. I had Tilapia Al mojo de ajo with shrimp. AWESOME!!! The Ceviche is like none I've ever tasted. REALLY AWESOME!!! The Flan. SUPER AWESOME!!! My husband enjoyed his Bistec a la Tampiquena. It looked really good. We had a couple of margaritas and tried the white sangria also. Even the drinks were good. The decor is kind of rustic. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon.

Great Margaritas. I really enjoyed the Margaritas. The food was good as well. The seating is close but we were lucky enough to be seated around cool people. Both parties next to us recommended to stay away from the Sangrias!
