Wonderful Experience!. Yesterday I had a wonderful experience thanks to a thoughtful gift from Jan for my birthday. She gave me a gift certificate to a place called the Pavilion Salon and Spa. I had one of the best ever massages I’ve ever had and I’ve been blessed to have had lot’s of massages over the last 15 yrs. Galina is the lady with the amazing hands. Her technique was wonderful and so relaxing and therapeutic. It included the use of warm to wels as well. After that I had an Orange Salt Body Scrub. OH MY! I’ve never experienced that before but will do it again as soon as I am able. First I was rubbed down with natural bristle body brushes that felt fantastic. That is done to loosen all the old dead skin cells and removes them. Then I was scrubbed down with the Salt Scrub. It was invigorating. The scent of the fresh orange was so nice. Once this was done then out came the warm to wels to wipe off most of the salt scrub. Then it was on to the shower. After that there was a wonderful Olive Oil lotion that was rubbed in to my skin. I put on a comfy robe and went and had a great pedicure from Lubna as well.

Friends this was such a relaxing experience and I want to encourage any and all of you to visit the Pavilion Spa. Besides all the Spa services, you have use to a pool/Jacuzzi and sauna. Just mention you want to use them when you make your appointment. Here is the information for them. I’m sure you will enjoy it as much as I did. Did I tell you their prices are very fair as well!

Like a Spa Resort!. If you have a day off and would like to pamper yourself, this is the place to go! They have everything you need under one roof. You can treat yourself from your toenails to your hair. Everything is done in the highest quality and professionalism. You will get treated like a family member! In addition to the spa, I spent my time in their recreation facility with a wonderful and very clean sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. My amazing stay was concluded with a great restaurant in the same building. To top it off, they called a cab for me to take me to my hotel which arrived in 5 minutes.

Chicago's Best Massage and Pedicure ever. This spa was far better than I could even imagine. The ladies expertise was very obvious, they were friendly and professional as well. The massage was extremely wonderful and made all the tension from my long flight fall away. I did not feel hurried and the clean relaxing atmosphere was just what I needed after spending 14 hours in crowded planes and airports. This spa came recommended and I brought my daughter with me. While my daughter was getting her pedicure I was in a quiet private room getting my massage, then when it was my turn to get the pedicure, my daughter decided on a facial instead of a massage. The ladies were very accomodating. This is a nice private salon, of which I enjoyed and plan to visit again when I return to Chicago. The professional massage therapist was the best one I have had in 30 years!!

Greatest Little Spa by the Airport. My mother and I were staying at an airport hotel and wanted a local spa for some pedi's, facials and massages and the hotel referred us to this Spa. The staff was very professional and courteous and the products were phenomenal - for those of you that are sick of Aveda - this spa uses completely different products. I had a great pedi and a facial with a chocolate facial mask (loved it!). I really enjoyed the attention and service. This spa is not super trendy or contemporary but they do provide a high quality service and I would absolutely return again!

shame on u. My sister got me a gift certificate so I can go with her to get a massage. Not only was the non english speaking woman rude over the phone.When I arrived 10min. late for my appointment. She yelled at me for being late and wanted me to reschedule even though the place was empty. I was treated as if I was a child that did something bad. If someone can be so unprofessional and rude, I hardly think she can give a good massage. I thought it was a joke! I never rescheduled. The witch got $100.00 dollars for free, because the certificate said no refunds! Since she had already been paid ,she acted as if she was doing me a favor. My sister didn't go with me, because the same rude lady said she didnt accept two gift certificates on the same day.
