I initially hired this company to do a simple window "plug" with acoustical soundproofing foam. The guy they sent out was a decent human being, but he had no idea whatsoever how to do the job and the foam plopped right out of the windows within an hour after he left. For this, I paid well over 200 USD. When trying to ask the company for a credit, they gave me the brush-off. I tried to get my money back from the bank, but they required a written statement from a peer business, which the second handyman I hired wouldn't do because he said he knew the people who run the company. So, since he also ended up doing a poor job, the whole attempt ended up being something in the neighborhood of 3,000 USD right down the toilet, including the cost of the soundproofing foam (DO NOT BELIEVE the claims of the SuperSoundproofing company based in CA). Incredibly unhappy with all these people, but the way "Handyman Matters" cut me off after their work literally fell apart just wasn't right. Don't do business with these people unless all you need is maybe a lightbulb replaced.
Pros: They charge less than "Affordable Handyman"
Cons: Their work falls apart and then they brush you off without chance of credit or refund.
